Cut to Length

The phrase bi metal is used to express the object obtained by combining two different metals with various methods. A bi-metal object does not mean an alloy of two separate metals. We can talk about the presence of individual metals in one or more parts of an object. These individual metals are combined with methods such as laser beam welding to obtain the final part shape.

It is the production line where the rolled sheets are cut to length. The cut-to-length line has two straightening units for double straightening. In this way, production is made in very narrow wave tolerance.

It is the process in which the fullhard material coming out of the rolling mills is zinc coated according to customer demands after annealing in the continuous annealing section on the galvanizing lines.
